At the heart of the Green Forest Club cottage estate, a new format of country living is taking shape. We created the "Lesnaya Alleya" ("Forest Alley") micro-quarter — a unique space where five houses from our "Green Forest" line are arranged into a single architectural composition.

The "SENTAL" style aesthetic on one line
For the first time, we present a collection of 5 unique designs (from 80 to 230 sq m) in one visual code. There is no clash of architectural eras here — only harmony:
- Warm-toned natural stone that creates a sense of reliability and warmth.
- Vertical decorative fins that set the facade's rhythm and hide technical elements.
- Panoramic glazing that fills the interiors with light and dissolves the boundary with the forest.
Every house here is part of a larger ensemble, where the architecture works to create a premium setting for every resident of the quarter.

- A 1-minute walk to a spring-fed lake with an equipped beach area.

Project status
Demand proven in practice
We don't create thin air. "Lesnaya Alleya" is a project with a proven track record. Already delivered by Stroektoriya:
- ✅ A single-storey house (>80 sq m) — built, interior works under way.
- ✅ A two-storey house (>200 sq m) — shell complete (facade finishing pending; work without interior finishing due to complete June 2027).
Both houses already have owners!
Next season's plans
Construction on the following plots is planned for next season:
- Plot of 6.2 sotkas
- A house of >100 sq m.
- Plot of 10 sotkas
- A single-storey house of >130 sq m.
- Plot of 11.7 sotkas
- A custom design of >180 sq m in the "SENTAL" style.
