How a building runs
- Siting
- The plot, planning conditions, siting of the building and the key technical figures.
- Design
- Architectural decisions and working documentation — in the group's own studio.
- Site
- Site preparation, relocation of utilities, setting up the site and its logistics.
- Shell and engineering
- Structure, facades, internal services. Materials flow to the works schedule.
- Commissioning
- Fit-out, landscaping, handover and transfer of the building. Responsibility is not split between contracts.
