The group's history
The Sental-Group brand is not a separate legal entity but a mark of quality that unites a number of companies with unique expertise and many years of experience in the construction industry. The history of the brand traces an evolution from supplying resources to sites to creating complete, full-cycle investment and construction solutions.
Over the years, the members of the alliance have worked through every key stage of development: from turnkey apartment finishing and the reconstruction of commercial property to the design and construction of apartment buildings and country residences. That grounding made it possible to study every process from the inside and to set high standards for delivering projects.
Today the Sental-Group name stands for an ecosystem of professionals, including an in-house architectural practice and specialist companies. Each company contributes to projects strictly within its own competence and authority, combining knowledge and assuring quality at every stage — from the idea to handover.
