Architectural practice
Concept, siting and working documentation. The studio works inside the group — next to the people who will build it.
Our own practice
Design without compromise
Every project is backed by our own architecture and structural practice. We do not just draw facades — we design comfortable layouts, engineer the structure, and produce a detailed 3D visualisation of the house within its landscape. You get a result that matches your expectations exactly.
Architecture that sets the trend
We don't spend time on comparisons. Our expertise is proven by completed buildings and a distinctive architectural signature that has become a benchmark in the premium segment.
SENTAL style
Our own facade style
Since 2023 we have been developing our own facade style, "SENTAL." Its recognisable look — monumental natural stone paired with decorative vertical fins and panoramic glazing — turned out so coherent that other market players are now adopting the same visual code. For us that's the highest form of recognition: the "SENTAL" style is ours, and we are the ones setting the standard others follow.
The formula of our "SENTAL" style
- Material honesty
- The structure of natural stone paired with modern composite materials that provide durability and looks without excess.
- Architectural rhythm
- Vertical facade elements create dynamics and hide technical nodes, turning function into decor. It's not just handsome architecture — it's a technical idea too.
- Connection to nature
- Panoramic glazing and integration into the landscape — our houses don't just sit on the plot, they extend it.

From digital model to physical reality
We've moved past "visualisation" in the classic sense. Using modern technology, we produce images indistinguishable from a photograph of the finished building. Our projects keep the architecture's original clarity: what you see on screen is an exact copy of the future house. No artistic liberties — just an honest rendering of scale, texture and light.
The scale of the development, the quality of the detailing, and that very aesthetic other companies now copy — together they say more about the "SENTAL" style than words ever could.
